Role and Responsibilities:
- Learn & perform services and maintenance activities at customers’ sites/properties on industrial X-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control, and high-end PCs.
- Learn the process involved in administrative activities related to field service and support in a timely manner.
- Learn to deliver customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards.
- Monitoring site safety during work scope execution.
- Having an ability to travel to customer sites at short notice 70% of the time.
- Carrying out the duties assigned in a compliant manner with integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Have recently graduated with a Bachelor (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation) from an accredited university in India. Having a diploma degree will be an added benefit.
- Graduated within the last 24 months.
- Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (more than 60%)
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.
- Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge.
