Role and Responsibilities:
- Good English communication & should be able to speak in full sentences.
- Must be okay with CTC & Night Shifts ( no negotiations)
- Executes client transactions ((Insurance Underwriting Support) i.e. attends to the transactions, verifies basic information, and closes customer queries/issues as per the defined SOP/parameters prescribed
- Executes transactions as per the prescribed guidelines and timeliness
