Role and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for sourcing business from eligible customer profiles as per organization policy.
- Identification of the right customer, ability to understand customers’ needs, explain various products, and convince them about the product offerings.
- Should be able to manage overall responsibilities including identifying new business markets and recording customer requirements.
- Resolving Customer issues and queries.
- Maintaining customer relationships and cross-selling to existing customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience in Sales and Collection (in Asset Finance products, Home loans, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc ) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions.
