- Deliver assigned targets as communicated.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements and Meeting regular sales targets assigned.
- The primary expectation from the role is that the candidate must be on the field for Sales and keep getting more customers for the Bank.
- The candidate must be able to identify new avenues of business for achieving the Sales numbers assigned every month.
- Cold calling & Lead generation.
- Offering first-level after-sales support services.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data and coming for reviews as and when required by the seniors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Should have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
