Role and Responsibilities:
- Process Manual Invoices/Credits/Re-bill requests on the source system based on pre-approved forms received.
- Process Service Order Adjustments & Special Projects invoice creations.
- Updating billing address changes.
- Create month-end reports of invoices.
- Invoice submission and Modifying Invoices & re-issuing.
- Non-Standard/ Customer Specific Billing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding about Billing activities & billing close.
- SKP or Oracle knowledge.
- Understanding about Invoice delivery.
- Sound reading comprehension and Excellent verbal (oral) and written communication skills.
- Any graduate/postgraduate who is a Fresher or has 1 year experience in O2C Billing or any Finance Role.
