Role and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Team Leader, this position is responsible for the reporting & processing of day-to-day processing of remittances across various EMEA markets.
- You will be required to ensure the day-to-day processing of remittance is captured timely and processed in line with our compliance requirements, therefore ensuring a positive customer experience as well as ensuring the reconciliations associated with this function is completed in line with our key servicing metrics.
- All incoming remittances are to be accurately processed within SLA.
- Daily reporting needs to be created to facilitate leadership take out the insights.
- Re-educating customer payment behaviors.
- Driving process enhancements, and increasing efficiencies.
- Reducing values of untraceable funds received, minimizing values in suspense accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to improve current working practices.
- Adhere to the strict compliance regulations and culture, ensuring controls completed on a daily basis.
- Escalate any market impacts in a timely manner.
- Payment queries and investigations are to be completed within SLAs.
