Role and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functional.
- Requirements elicitation and documentation, using User Stories and E2E Diagrams.
- Identify & verify source data origination – together with assessing overlapping & distinct data elements.
- Identify, quantify, plan, and control all business design and analysis-related activity on change projects.
- Support the program & project leads to achieving the goals of the initiatives.
- Able to performance manage data analysts and direct and lead on department strategy.
- Coordinate workloads across multiple data streams.
- Identify and align commercials associated with change in the bank.
- Own and manage requirement-related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced MS PowerPoint.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- JIRA / Confluence.
- Minimum qualification – Bachelor / Master.
- Becoming knowledgeable in data sources and expected outputs in specific data domains – e.g. payments.
