Role and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to deliver detailed data models and custom performance analysis to senior stakeholders (VPs and SVPs).
- Data Proficiency: Understand and manipulate the underlying data architecture supporting Customer Success, and use SQL to report on business performance.
- Presentation Skills: Package findings into presentation-ready content using data visualization tools like Tableau for Salesforce executives.
- Business Strategy: Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business to influence Success strategy.
- Optimization: Identify and optimize key drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement, and other metrics through technical analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university. An MBA is a plus but not required.
- Work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel proficiency, and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or similar.
- Intermediate skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis via Snowflake.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and interact with various levels of the organization.
