- Preparing & Coordinating all Legal documentation relating to business agreements.
- Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, NDA, MOUs, Partner Agreements, Customer loan Agreements, Sanction letters, Loan Facility Agreement, Deed of Hypothecation, LOIs, Information Technology Agreements, HR agreements, Vendor Agreements, etc.
- To review and ensure closure of all open contracts, documents, emails, advice etc on daily basis.
- To ensure all important documents are preserved properly and a repository system is in place.
Required Skills and and Qualifications:
- 0 to 6 Months of experience.
- Graduate.
