- Answering calls for North American region.
- Resetting Domain passwords and application passwords.
- Troubleshooting internet issues, performance issues, application support, and all end-user-related queries,
- Create tickets in service now and assign tickets to support teams for out-of-scope issues.
- Excellent written skills and communication are a must.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good verbal and oral communication skills.
- Fair knowledge of Hardware, software, and End-user computing.
- Good Analytical Ability.
