Role and Responsibilities:
- Process Specialist.
- Design approval, Line build co-ordination, per-acceptance, Installation & line release.
- 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
- Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools PDCA approach.
- Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)
- Process Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.
- PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.
- New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & external). And co-ordination with International Competence Network
- Benchmark, Localization, tool life improvement.
- Coordination with development and leadplant for process and new products.
- Adherence to manufacturing specification ( Ex : process & product specific document) and ensuring the process met quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BE-Mechanical/Mechatronics.
- Additional Information.
- Knowledge about respective process,
- Problem Solving Methodology with deep dive root cause analysis, DOE,PDCA, FMEA, Process Capability.
- As a specialist he/she has applied his knowledge successfully and independently.
- Has knowledge how to coach others.
