Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for bulk sourcing for BPO recruitment through various job portals.
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
- Assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any graduate who is eager to start their career in HR or undergraduate with prior experience (up to 2 years) in bulk sourcing.
