Role and Responsibilities:
- Govern and track process compliance and provide regular feedback to business by regular review of service break events.
- Govern and track business unit KPIs based on service break events.
- Track relevant documents are uploaded to share drives and attached to Siebel tickets, missing data feedback will be provided to the business.
- Compliance improvement by providing process training and creating SOPs.
- Any additional task was given to the incumbent from time to time based on business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–6 months experience.
- BE + MBA operations preferably.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Networks and SDLC cycle.
- Keen to learn Process Management.
- Possess curiosity towards Business Analytics.
