Role and Responsibilities:
- Undertake survey & identify areas villages/wards having potential for formation of SHGs/JLG.
- A minimum number of participants in a particular village/ward is very critical for the execution of this activity.
- Orientation training involves the activity of educating the members on financial literacy, formal banking, and credit awareness.
- Participant Acquisition, Group Formation & Financial Literacy.
- Collection of participants’ profiles & get them into Group formation after orientation. Create baseline information about the SHG / JLG.
