Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements, discussing impacted areas, suggesting solutions, and providing multiple alternatives to resolve issues/areas of concern.
- Coding and performing unit testing of enhancements in the Product Suite.
- Stabilizing and maintaining the Product Suite, analyzing the root cause of issues, and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, providing constructive suggestions and inputs.
- Developing testable, reusable, efficient, legible code for enhancements in Product Suite.
- Actively contributing to meet the team commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in commercial software development in a SaaS-based company.
- Technical background with Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.Net) with exposure to web-based application development.
- Hands-on experience in .NET/.NET Core, MVC, Web API, WC.
- Experience in jQuery, React, or equivalent UI frameworks.
- Understanding of RDBMS.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide viable technical solutions and discuss impacted areas.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
