- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow established guidelines to resolve complaints and provide solutions.
- Support customers with queries, issues, and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers and effectively manage objections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in an International Voice or Chat Process.
- Strong typing speed (at least 30 wpm) and effective comprehension skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Graduate/ UG/ PG.
