Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coding and performing unit testing of enhancements in the Product Suite.
- Stabilization and maintenance of the Product Suite, analyzing root causes of issues, and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, providing constructive suggestions and input.
- Developing testable, reusable, efficient, and legible code for enhancements in the Product Suite.
- Analyzing business requirements, discussing impacted areas, and providing viable technical solutions and providing multiple alternatives to resolve issues/ areas of concern.
- Actively contributing to team commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BE/ BTech/ MCA degree or above in Computer Science/ IT or equivalent functional experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in commercial software development in a SaaS-based company.
- Understanding of OOPS concept, Multi-threading, etc.
- Understanding of RDBMS/SQL concepts.
- Proven experience in software development and a solid understanding of programming concepts.
- Good analytical skills.
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong coding skills, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.
- Team player.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
