Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops MBD/Vibration models to evaluate critical performance of electrical products.
- Analyze,Interpret, summarize and communicate simulation results to global audience and provide technical and/or design recommendations.
- Delivers deep insights through simulations for robust product development to meet performance requirements/ CTQs for electrical products.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to understand analysis requirements, create analysis approach & solve simple/medium complex problems
- Understand & assist in maturing analysis capability of MBD/ Vibration technology domain for electrical productline.
- Engage with product and test engineer to improve analysis models and validate analysis approach with test data.
- Demonstrates CI mindset & indentify opportunities to automate repetative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MS/ M.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical/Automotive engineering.
- 0-2 Years of relevant experience with multinational engineering organization.
- Thorough understanding of dynamic techniques like MBD, Vibration analysis methods. Knowledge of Six Sigma (DfSS) is preferred.
- Candidate should have excellent English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills and should be a good team player.
