Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Software Manufacturing and Distribution organization worldwide (mainly US, Ireland, Czech Republic, India, United Kingdom and Philippines).
- Prepare budget and forecast for global line of business.
- Close monthly account records, including journal entries, reconciling, researching discrepancies through investigation, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy of all inventory accounting; perform ongoing audits of activity.
- Prepare financial reports for upper management to review; conduct cost-benefit analysis on potential changes to supply-chain.
- Conduct quantitative research to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce and analyze key indicators of department performance.
- Recommend and implement policy/ process changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel – Pivot Tables, Macros, Vlookup a plus.
- Completion of basic Finance and Accounting courses desired.
- 0 to 2+ years’ experience.
- BA/BS degree in business.
