Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of details of Overseas Travel.
- Issuance of Tax forms required by Foreign Clients like, W8BenE, DGT etc.
- Applying Tax Residencey Certificates for all entities.
- Facilitating payment Taxes in overseas jurisdiction and Fee Invoices for compliance services.
- Checking Form 15CA/ CB for remittances and advising AP team.
- Coordination with AP and AR team in respect of collating details required for overseas tax compliances.
- Assistance in filing Indian Income Tax returns.
- Preparation of Income Tax assessment details.
- Preparation of Internal Tax MIS or Tax Status files.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PG or MBA.
- Good command on Excel workings.
- Good Writing Skills.
- Basic understanding of Indian Income Tax laws.
