Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of customer data within Carfax’s systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer data discrepancies.
- Research information that will improve the accuracy of customer data (e.g., name, address, phone number, zip code, website, etc.).
- Manually input data to augment records.
- Articulate data quality problems for both technical and business staff.
- Gain knowledge of the processes that change data, and develop rules that govern data.
- Understand and contribute to the customer matching process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years of work experience dealing with data quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Willing to work in US and UK time zones in rotational shifts.
