Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish strong collaborative relationship with the Customer Development.
- (Sales) team, in particular the CAMs and Customer Experience Specialists.
- Interact with internal stakeholders in the Planning Hub, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Be proactive and self-motivated to follow up or chase multiple teams for pending information.
- Create, update and cancel promotions using the TPM tool using inputs from the CAMs via SONAR App or other Validate promotional details against guardrails and escalate any exceptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate, preferably B. Com
- Very Good Written and Verbal Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
