- Responsible for self and team hiring targets (joining count) of the entire South location.
- Responsible for the entire templated hiring staff of the south location (Positions: Sales Offer, Tele Sales, and Collection Offer).
- Internal and external stakeholder management and close the requirements within the stipulated timeline.
- Responsible for candidate offer and onboarding management.
- Responsible for driving the mass hiring champion, digital marketing, and generating the connection across all the agencies, skill centers, NGOs, and colleges to fulfill the bulk hiring needs of the organization.
