Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will work regularly with Micron’s Business Units to ensure solutions meet or exceed business requirements.
- You will be expected to suggest, promote, and leverage published standards to minimize environmental complexity and ensure regulatory as well as license compliance.
- You will have the opportunity to travel to other Micron sites as well as technology conferences and trainings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fresher or 0-1 year of experience in maintaining essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware interacting with various Lab teams.
- Asset management and vendor management.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, and escalations and resolve business partner issues in a timely manner with strong collaboration and care for business priorities.
- Maintained internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, lab equipment, and testers.
- Collaborate with business teams and other IT teams to ensure effectively manage identities and access privileges.
- Identify, design, and implement solutions for new and improved processes and provide a clear picture of possible outcomes.
- Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed.
- Own and support continued improvement plans for solution health and Operational Health Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Ability to learn and use multiple utilities and tools that help with Operations monitoring and alerting.
- Participate and learn new solutions through condensed knowledge transfer sessions
- Maintain support documentation, including FAQs, Knowledge Articles, On-call Guides, Run Books, etc.
- Powershell, Python, and Ansible scripting knowledge is a plus.
