Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all recruitment-related activities.
- Conducting HR interviews – region.
- Addressing HRIC/ appointment letter requests received on a daily basis
- Informing respective mentors of the discrepancies and guiding them to cure FTNR.
- Discrepancy resolution with the SM/ RSM and Central Ops team.
- Addressing emails and queries of mentors pertaining to recruitment.
- Sending recruitment FTNR – MIS on a daily basis and preparing other various MIS related to HR Operations.
- Support/ Co-ordination with SM, in completion of employee joining formalities Pan India.
- Handle projects based on new initiatives as assigned from time to time.
- Complete Recruitment life cycle management.
- Following up with business for HRIC.
- Coordination with the Business.
- Query/ HRIC Discrepancy resolution.
- MIS/ Reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation Mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Timeliness and adherence to deadlines.

- Good coordination- to play a vital role between Business, employees, and other stakeholders.
