Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide programming knowledge in the analysis, design, and development of SAP reports, interfaces, conversions, business forms, and user exits.
- Develop and support interfaces to numerous legacy and third-party systems using a variety of techniques such as LSMW, BAPI, IDOC, RFC calls, BDC, and call transaction update methods.
- Follow the IT SDLC process.
- Utilization of debugging techniques.
- Develop thorough documentation outlining program functions for teams understanding.
- Cross team communication and collaboration.
- Participate in off-hours meetings.
- Engage with other project personnel to ensure business application systems are developed in a way that aligns with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- Good interpersonal and excellent documentation skills are a must.
- Demonstrable ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high stress environment with changing priorities.
- Pro-active, effective, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Ability to explain and champion technical concepts.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Strong analytical skills required.
