Responsibilities:
- The role requires strong quantitative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for customer centricity and business strategy, and strong project management skills.
- Lead problem discovery to identify 10x problems, carry out solutioning, and liaising with Product & Analytics team-members to drive solutioning to execution.
- Independently own some of the workstreams while managing the Associate layer of team members, monitor input and output metric performance and work closely with Supply Growth and Analytics for RCAs and corrective actions wherever needed. This will require strong structured thinking, quantitative aptitude and collaborative mindset.
- Engage internal stakeholders and Meesho leadership to communicate progress and updates and ensure success of the programs you own.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required from a top-tier college.
- 1-3 years of experience in strategy/Growth in a high-growth startup, or strategy consulting firm.
- Excellent data-driven and structured problem solving. Knowledge of SQL is a plus plus.
- High sense of ownership with entrepreneurial mindset with an itch to identify and deliver on opportunities which can deliver 10x impact; ability to lead and execute projects independently.
- Strong project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and work on complex problems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
