Responsibilities:
- sell credit cards to customers at Shoppers Stop store.
- Meet sales targets and goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Assist customers with inquiries about the credit card program and provide accurate information about the features and benefits of the credit card.
- Create a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a good knowledge of the products, services, and promotions offered by Shoppers Stop.
- Update sales records and reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Qualification: 10th and 12th and above.
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment is beneficial. Open for freshers as well.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per the store schedule.
