Responsibilities:
- Developing and leading a high performing team; creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day.
- Accountable for achieving teams objectives; stakeholder management and escalation management.
- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.
- Build; implement and maintain a standardised change framework for the efficient and timely handling of change; to ensure the impact of change related incidents and service quality are minimised.
- Lead the portfolio of systems changes that impact on accounting and/or financial control through the end to end change journey.
- Maintain a view across Finance Processes; ensuring all change is brought in to the framework. Flag exceptions and provide narrative for internal reporting.
- Analyse and assess requests by ensuring that impacts on other systems; reporting; data; processes .and integrations are clearly understood and plans are in place to successfully land the changes with the business.
- Identify risks; facilitate mitigations and raise where necessary.
- Where change impacts end users; develop and implement effective communication plans.
- Identify where opportunities exist to improve capability; support the Capability team to deliver high quality training material; focusing on key business problems or changes to processes or systems.
- Initiates and crafts continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams.
- Do your best to and take opportunities to drive and develop an impactful team.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Strong knowledge of systems (Fusion and / or EPM).
- Eye for opportunity for change/ improvements.
- Stakeholder Management; Managing risks.
- Analytical ability & Problem Solving.
- Document the fundamental components of a project; change initiative; scope; schedule; resource requirements; Reporting analysis and insight.
