Role and responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team developing company’s next-generation AI platform while improving the current AI-enhanced products.
- Contribute to enhancement of Cloud Services via analysis, exploration and optimization.
- Contribute to algorithmic development and optimization in the areas of text analytics, NLP, data mining and data collection.
- Assist in developing and prototyping technologies for providing analytics from call center interactions.
- Actively participate in designing experiments to measure system performance.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Final year of your BTech, MS or PhD programs.
- Proficient in Python/Java programming and/or front-end frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Good understanding of theoretical concepts in NLP, Machine Learning, Statistics and other relevant areas.
- Working knowledge of using public domain deep learning toolkits such as HuggingFace, PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Transformers etc.
- Prior experience in complete life cycle of data collection projects.
