Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with colleagues across the business to ensure new BlackRock products & client mandates are accurately created, maintained, and terminated with Aladdin.
- Manage the process of operational portfolio set-ups of all new client & BLK products.
- Build positive relationships across the organization by listening carefully to our internal partners.
- Identify improvement opportunities that lower the risk of errors and increase efficiency.
- Assist and support projects.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing appropriate database constraints and access controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide efficient database solutions.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- 1-3 years asset management experience, with working knowledge of investment and servicing functions.
- Experience of the investment management business, highly desirable.
- Organized and detail oriented with strong time management skills Familiarity reading legal documents and ability to understand basic legal document.
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Experience with business applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in SQL and Basic Python skills are considered advantageous for this role.
