Role and Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Gather and maintain ESG-related data from various sources, both internal and external, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze ESG data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Data Focal Point: Assist with any data query and reporting of ESG data with customers, external partners and rating agencies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory bodies.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) to ensure Amdocs’ compliance and disclosure requirements are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on ESG data, engage with vendors and partners for collection of relevant data.
- Goal Setting and Tracking: Assist in setting ESG targets and KPIs, monitor progress toward these goals, and suggest improvements to meet sustainability objectives.
- Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging ESG trends and best practices for data management and suggest improvements.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Data Science, or Business.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Knowledge of sustainability and ESG.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) would be consider as an advantage.
- Prior experience in ESG reporting or sustainability roles is a plus.
