Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global People Operations, People Business Partners, Finance, and other key stakeholders in the support of Workday and other People Technology systems.
- Position is onsite minimum of two days in office.
- Serve as first point of contact for all People Technology related matters and recommend solutions for improvements and reducing redundancies.
- Provide high-quality service and solutions to deliver an excellent end-user experience.
- Develop, document, and maintain current and new system process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Drive data integrity by conducting audits and testing.
- Maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining critical business systems.
