Role and Responsibilities:
- This will be a User engagement role in Growth & Retention team.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- 0-1 year experience of CRM marketing tools(eg. Webengage, Moengage, Clevertap, etc).
- Experience in creating HTML Email templates is a must.
- Ability to thrive on challenging problem statements. Must be a go-getter.
