User Flow Analysis:
- Analyze and optimize user flow for loyalty and CTR (Click-Through Rate) to enhance overall customer experience.
Business Development:
- Strategize and execute business development initiatives for Supercoins gift vouchers, ensuring market penetration and revenue growth.
Super Elite Co-Branded Cards:
- Understand and enhance the Super Elite Co-Branded Cards business by optimizing customer flow, making it more desirable for end-to-end customers, and driving user acquisition.
Billing Reconciliation:
- Oversee billing reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, maintaining financial integrity.
Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align business goals and foster collaboration.
Scratch Card Monetization:
- Develop and implement strategies for scratch card monetization through collaboration with internal Flipkart teams (1P) and external partners (3P).
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Explanation:
- Provide detailed explanations of Customer Acquisition Cost to both internal and external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment of objectives.
Data Analytics for Campaigns:
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate and showcase the effectiveness of campaigns, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and qualification:
- Experience in doing business development for loyalty, cobranded cards, Ads sales, brand alliances, etc., Loyalty Program Management, Loyalty, Rewards, Alliances, Strategic Partnerships, Loyalty Programs, Retention.
- Proven experience in business development and operations management.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
