Role and Responsibilities:
- It is an Outbound Collections process.
- Responsible for Making outbound calls on daily basis to the existing customers of HDFC.
- Responsible for discussing on any pending payments of the customer.
- Responsible for following up regarding the payments to be made by the customer.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Candidate should be a Graduate or above (Undergraduates are not eligible).
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telecalling / customer support / BPO/collections is an added advantage.
- Good Communication Skills in English and Telugu, Malayalam, and Telugu.
