Role and Responsibilities:
- Independently drive discussions with business teams related to revenue management and cost structure with a clear view on path to profitability.
- Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial models, and evaluate business outcomes.
- Business Reporting including dashboarding, MIS circulation defining and tracking KPIs for the business.
- Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyse causes of variance.
- Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving.
- Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making and be the Source of Truth wrt business metrics.
- Liaising with controller’s team to maintain hygiene of books.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Finance Professional with 1-3 years of experience Or Qualified CA with 0 to 2 years of exp.
- Experience in financial analysis, working with large amounts of data and an ability to drive actionable insights out of data.
- Experience in Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Prior experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing.
- Problem Solving Ability while working with cross functional teams.
