Role and Responsibilities:
- Human Resources: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns.
- Administrative: Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees when necessary.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Compliance and Documentation: Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
