Role and Responsibilities:
- Explore to uncover data sets and analyze the same using exploratory mathematics and statistical techniques.
- Design procedures to handle manipulation of large datasets for faster analysis.
- Build scalable ML Based POCs/ MVPs in accordance with Product Vision and roadmap.
- Prototype with use cases and incorporate feedback to enhance the analysis or ML models
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment & delivery of key milestones.
- Provide status updates to the leadership team, proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving issues,facilitating decision-making and identifying cross-workstream dependencies.
- Gather ideas and bring in new opportunities to improve the capability by collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Understand business objectives, convert it to refine technical requirements & partner with Technology for implementation.
- Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, project managers & others, reporting project status as required.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor/Advanced degree in engineering, data science, computer science, information technology, information management or statistics or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics & Data Science use cases for Analytics/capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in Quantitative business analysis, statistical and modeling techniques.
- Strong Hands-on experience working with big data technologies such as SQL(Hive), Python, PySpark.
- Experience in designing scalable machine learning based solutions / models.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Experience with Agile Scum process and principles.
- JIRA/RALLY for User Stories and Agile Scrum Management.
