Role and Responsibilities:
- Intake operational objectives and gather information. May perform routine research and evaluate basic output requirements and formats.
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on the progress of tickets to ensure adherence to defined turnaround time. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Successfully articulate issues, problems, and solutions.
- Email work requests submitted by vendor or business.
- Tickets are submitted in the ticketing application.
- Brief description of the work.
- Resolve Ticket/work requests by researching and creating required data sets and its reporting.
- Each work request can be unique.
- Onboarding people/vendor resources in Beeline tool.
- Managing vendor resources, reorganizing them in the tool.
- Managing Workday and Beeline vendor resource details.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 0-2 yrs. Experienced or MBA Fresher.
