Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the High Performing Talent Attraction team to understand hiring needs and priorities for the Engineering Teams.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage top-tier talent.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Meet or exceed targets set by the manager, ensuring alignment with broader talent attraction goals.
- Conduct thorough screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Guidewire’s values and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Attend and actively contribute to global team meetings, providing updates on sourcing activities and aligning strategies with talent attraction goals.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the sourcing pipeline, detailing progress, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
- Undertake other sourcing responsibilities assigned by the manager based on business needs.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Proven ability to identify and source qualified candidates proficient in Cloud and Software as a Service (SaaS) Product Engineering R&D skills like AWS, Spark, Flink, Streaming platforms, Java, Golang, Python and other relevant skills to build Engineering teams.
- Exceptional candidate closing skills at the sourcing stage, ensuring successful engagement and commitment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in articulating complex technical concepts.
