Role and Responsibilities:
- Completing monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities by focusing on identifying successes and failures in the work performed by Quality Control.
- Highlighting and reporting any issues to the Quality Assurance Team Lead/Quality Assurance Head.
- Providing feedback to Quality Control analysts and identifying root-cause analysis of potential misalignment.
- Supporting Quality Control in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing.
- Delivering quality refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with quality performance.
- Engaging in risk-oriented reviews focusing on issue identification together with active facilitation for resolution.
- Coaching new joiners to learn procedures across the Support department.
- Collaborating with other teams across different locations.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in Quality Support.
- A proven track record of positive evaluations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Practical knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
