Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver Voice & Accent training programs to enhance the communication skills of the team.
- Evaluate and analyze call quality to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement soft skills training sessions focusing on various aspects, such as interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Regularly assess call quality through effective monitoring and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve communication and customer interaction.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Customize training modules based on the specific needs of different teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both in written and verbal communication.
- Collaborate with team leaders to address communication gaps and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation.
- Provide regular reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Trainer in a BPO or similar environment.
- Strong expertise in Voice & Accent training, call quality assessment, and soft skills development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
