Role and Responsibilities:
- Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational reported data.
- Leverage analytics to analyze customer-reported data to ensure no revenue leakage.
- Provide analytical research across QMR and switched activity for management discussions.
- Deliver advanced, detailed, persuasive customer performance data analytics.
- Support projects related to all operational metrics/ drivers and associated revenue.
- Effectively communicate inquiries with customer to quickly resolve open issues.
- Provide customer support and training related to QMR topics to both internal and external customers.
- Clear and concise documentation with internal systems for tracking inquiries.
- Support quarterly QMR business updates to regional finance teams.
- Key contributor to developing and testing system enhancements/ process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Self-starter and fast learner who thrives under tight timelines.
- Intellectually curious and driving issues to the root cause.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload while handling multiple business tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to create and present persuasive analysis.
- FP&A experience is preferred.
- Experience with change management/ delivering process change in an operational environment. Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent PC skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, as well as the ability to quickly learn internal applications.
