Role and Responsibilities:
- Build and configure BNY Mellon’s Listening tools to support employee experience and engagement research.
- Empower program owners through storytelling through presentations, dashboards and data visualization techniques to highlight key findings and insights.
- Maintain listening systems and dashboard updates to employee lifecycle surveys focusing from onboarding to exit.
- Operate as the technical subject matter expert related to BNY Mellon’s listening tools related to system updates and configurations.
- Provide data access to supporting roles to empower them to partner with their line of business and functions.
- Answer stakeholder questions regarding system, data mapping, and technical support.
- Contribute to survey question design sessions and facilitate product testing.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Analyze employee experience and engagement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to deliver actionable insights to key collaborators (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills especially when explaining data.
- Interpret complex data and communicate findings to key contributors in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization tools and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Skills in creating and administering online surveys (e.g. Qualtrics, Peakon, Glint)
- Detailed oriented focusing on ensuring accuracy.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, planning and participating in sprints.
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
