Role and Responsibilities:
- Towards delivering end-to-end Appian solutions, the role holder will understand and document business requirements.
- Maintain a detailed traceability matrix of requirements and ensure product backlog is delivered within the agreed timelines.
- Promote Code Lite, code reusability, futuristic design/ business-driven configuration, and ensure same is embedded in workflow delivery model.
- Conduct Appian training/ learning sessions for other volunteers and promote light automation through citizen development. Facilitate training sessions and demos for business users.
- Ensure required project documentation is up to date and complies with requirements as mandated by the organization’s Change delivery framework.
- Be an evangelist energetically driving the Appian solution adoption widely across the organization.
- Lead the adoption of program-wide tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams etc.
- Contribute to streamlining and standardization of processes on a continuous basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to craft captivating user experience by optimizing the user interface ‘tailor-made’ for the personas’ specific requirements. Adept at design & delivery of simple/ guided experiences as well as complex design patterns involving dense UIs.
- Ability to reimagine complex forms into sleek UI with optimum Flow and Layout
- Strong hands-on experience in design patterns and Appian integration.
- The role demands hands-on experience in Appian, conversant with process models, data models, interfaces, expression rules, record types, sites, reports, and SQL queries / stored procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Proactive builder of strong and diverse business relationships
- Ability to communicate with global stakeholders hailing from diverse geographies
- Strong Finance process literacy and an established SME in one or more of the Finance process areas eg. Reg. reporting, Ledgers, Management Reporting, etc.,
- Conversant with the aspects of integration between systems leveraging the APIs.
- Experience delivering Business process solutions for Finance users in the global banking arena is high desirable.
