Role and Responsibilities:
- Apply a consistent, repeatable, and scalable process.
- Maintain excellent business knowledge and be mindful of customer needs, as well as systems capabilities and constraints.
- Keep up-to-date internal policies & procedures.
- Keep up to date on all logs and metrics.
- Keep the SharePoint task list in sync with GRIP entries and periodic requests received from various Business Units
- Cross-train on other team members’ tasks for business continuity purposes.
- Accurate and timely reporting is paramount for ensuring the highest client service levels are maintained, any misleading information may be exposed to Reputational and Financial Risk to the firm or client.
- Understand the complex and customized reporting needs which could be essential for internal or external assessment and broader distributions.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, etc.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and Visual Basic will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of application development using SharePoint will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to self-service/ Business intelligence tools will be an added advantage – like Altreyx, Tableau, Xceptor, RPA, MS Powe BI, etc.
- 0 – 2 years experience in the financial services industry
