Role and Responsibilities:
- Writing 8-10 short-video scripts within the domain of Reddit content, purely meant for vertical content.
- Converting scripts and briefs into video using prescribed video tools for editing, voice-overs, graphics, etc.
- Fact-checking and proofing the scripts with proper due diligence with the reporting manager for a quality final product.
- Developing content strategies in adherence to larger goals and targets.
- Ownership of views, interactions, and traffic on the channels for the specific content domain assigned.
- Tracking analytics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and implementing course-correction whenever necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Subject matter expertise in the domain of Reddit content, with a knack to stay updated with various subreddits and consume content across various areas and platforms for the same.
- Knowledge of content management and picking topics, selecting titles, hooks, and delivering crisp news and updates via short-form video content.
- 1-2 years of experience in video content (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Play.HT, ElevenLabs, etc. (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of image / video editing tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, etc. (preferred, but not mandatory)
- A hunger to produce great content from your assigned domain and the eye for detail in picking the right stories and topics.
