Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for getting E-signatures and wet signatures from authorized signatories.
- Working closely with Sales, Order Management & Legal to ensure valid execution of the contract.
- Coordination with stakeholders and signatories for signatures.
- Sharing of countersigned copies with our customers worldwide.
- Handling queries from all the stakeholders to support the signature process.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Fluency in English.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and attention to detail.
