Role and Responsibilities:
- As part of a team, the individual will be responsible for.
- Understanding test requirements and formulation of test cases.
- Setting up the lab and configuring testbeds.
- Developing, implementing, and executing test plans.
- Contributing to test automation.
- Collecting comprehensive and relevant data for problem investigation.
- Participate in technical discussions within the team or other groups within the Business Unit associated with specified projects.
- Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute toward the team, department, and company goals.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment of other engineers to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and stress testing.
- Proven ability to analyze test logs, test failures, and report defects.
- Experience with Operating Systems, network switches, host adapters, and a general understanding of Storage technologies like SAS, Fibre Channel, NVMe, and RAID.
- Experience with Agile software development best practices.
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven abilities in Interoperability test planning, and test case writing.
- Typically requires a minimum of 0-3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s/Master’ degree.
